Please note all of our products are prepared, baked, and packed on the day of the delivery to ensure you’ll get the best quality and freshness of the product, however, this might mean that on rare occasions not all the products might be available (i.e this might be caused by delay in production), if you find that any product is missing, please ensure this is reported to us within 24h of the delivery via our email address: info@olawabakeryonline.co.uk. Any missing products reported after this window will not be applicable for refund.
Once a refund has been reported please be aware that it may take up to 3 working days for full replay. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, our system can take up to 5 working days to fully process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund too.
